In 1978, Pretzel’s Inc. founders Bill Mann and Bill Huggins started building a strong business founded on trust and relationships. This passion and dedication allowed Pretzel’s Inc. to grow into a premier snack company known for innovation, quality and service.

OUR FACILITIES

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Indiana and Kansas are home to passionate bakers who honor tradition while incorporating the latest technology. You can experience our commitment to innovation firsthand at our Innovation Center housed within our Plymouth facility. The research and development team, which includes food scientists, processing experts, and certified bakers, leverages the Innovation Center to partner with customers to develop customized snacks that consumers love.

Greg Pearson

Chief Executive Officer
Pearson, Greg - BnW

Greg Pearson is Chief Executive Officer of Pretzels Inc.

A proven leader, Greg most recently spent two and a half years leading the private label business and marketing function at Chewy.com.  During his time there, Greg moved the marketing strategy into new channels with evolved messaging, helping to fuel the organization’s rapid growth. Prior to that he held marketing and general management leadership roles at ConAgra and Treehouse Foods, after starting his career at General Mills.

Working to move the private brand industry forward, Greg has previously served as the chair of the National Pasta Association.

Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with distinction.

Greg and his wife Laura have two children, Gabriel and Sofia.

Ku Han

Chief Operating Officer
Han, Ku - BnW

Ku Han is Chief Operating Officer at Pretzels, Inc.

Helping to lead us through continued growth, Ku has 30 years of valuable experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. He has a distinguished record of achievements in the areas of safety, waste reduction, and efficiencies, at companies such as Lassonde Pappas Co., Pepsi-Cola Company, and most recently CraftMark Bakery in Indianapolis, where he was Chief Operating Officer

Ku graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a major in Industrial Engineering.

Ku and his wife Connie have one daughter, Ashley.

Paul Schaum

Chief Technical Officer
Schaum, Paul - BnW

Paul Schaum is Chief Technical Officer at Pretzels, Inc.

Holding the title of Certified Baker, Paul has nearly 35 years of experience in baking and food manufacturing. Some of that experience includes 14 years with UTZ Quality Foods as VP of Manufacturing and 9 years with Earthgrains/Sara Lee Baking as Plant Manager and Director of Total Quality Systems Nationally.

Paul graduated from West Chester University with a major in Business Administration.

Paul and his wife Carol have two children, Christopher and Kevin.

Craig Anderson

Chief Financial Officer
Anderson, Craig - BnW

Craig Anderson is the Chief Financial Officer of Pretzels, Inc.

As a long time member of our team, Craig also has experience with companies such as Virtual Marketing Strategies and SGI, LLC. He is an accredited Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.

Craig graduated from Indiana State University with a major in Science for Accounting.

Craig and his wife Andrea have two children, a son and daughter.

Mike Kaczynski

Executive Vice President, Sales
Kaczynski, Mike - BnW

Mike Kaczynski is Executive Vice President of Sales at Pretzels, Inc.

With valuable experience from such companies as Evans Food Group, Nestlé, American Pasta/Con Agra, and Hostess, Mike has 30 years of experience in sales. During his career, he has held the position of 2nd Vice Chairman of SNAC International and co-chaired the Women in Snacks Network.

Mike graduated from Mass College of Liberal Arts with a major in History.

Mike and his wife Mary Ellen have two daughters, Rachel and Christina.

Tim Jax

Vice President of Marketing & Innovation
Jax, Tim - BnW

Tim Jax is Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Pretzels, Inc.

Tim joined Pretzel’s Inc. after previously holding numerous leadership positions in marketing and innovation within the food industry. He most recently served as a general manager at TreeHouse Foods and previously led multiple innovative brands at ConAgra Foods.

Tim earned his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a major in Marketing Communications.

Tim and his wife of Jessica have two children, Henry and Eleanor.

Tami Lupton

Director of Human Resources
Lupton, Tami - BnW

Tami Lupton is Director of Human Resources at Pretzels, Inc.

With 18 years of Human Resources experience under her belt and membership in SHRM, Tami joined our team after 5 years with Tower International.

Tami graduated from Defiance College with a major in Corporate Wellness & Recreation.

Tami has been active in many community supports, including membership with the Kiwanis Club for nearly 8 years where she was a board member and served as President. She is also devoted to her beloved 7-year-old labradoodle, Summitt.

William “Chip” Mann II

Senior Advisor
Mann, Chip - BnW

William “Chip” Mann II is Senior Advisor at Pretzels, Inc.

As a member of an original founding family, Chip’s career has been devoted to Pretzels, Inc. With his contributions, the company has grown to become a leader in state-of-the-art private label snack food manufacturing.

Throughout his career, Chip has been an active member with the Snack Food Association (SFA), sitting on many management workshop committees. He is a member of the SFA Excom Committee and Board of Directors and sat as SFA Chairman.

Chip graduated from Western Michigan University with a major in Business Administration.

Chip and his wife Kim have three children, Addie, Sadie, and Augie.
