Trussetts
Combines the profile of a cracker with the great taste of a baked pretzel. Strong criss cross shapes make it an excellent platform for dips. Great for party sections and gourmet deli areas. Now available in a variety of flavors, too.
Spinzels
This braided pretzel twist combines the ease of a stick with the sturdiness of a twisted pretzel. Comes in a variety of flavors. Robust enough to stand up to dips and spreadable cheeses. Great for holidays.

Cantaloupe Prosciutto Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag Trussetts™
  • 1 medium cantaloupe
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 thick slices of prosciutto
  • 1 handful chopped Italian parsley or cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice cantaloupe, onion and prosciutto. Chop the parsley or cilantro. Add all to bowl. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss all ingredients together. Cool in refrigerator before serving. Serve with Trussetts™.

Chocolate Dipped Trussetts with Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag Trussetts™
  • 1 package dark melting chocolate
  • 1 pound diced strawberries
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2/3 c powdered sugar (or more for taste)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • mint leaves (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Dip Trussetts™ to cover half. Place on wax paper and cool in fridge. In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and extract with a mixer. Add more sugar if desired. In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold together the cream cheese mixture, whipped cream and diced strawberries. Pour into serving bowl and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
